Adriatic seafood stew with hand made bucatini, Moreton bay bugs, local prawns, calamari, spring bay mussels, in a saffron bisque, served with fresh basil (gluten free available on request).
Roman gnocchi
Hand-rolled potato gnocchi, braised spiced duck, jus, cultured butter, grated pecorino Romano cheese, served with sourdough pangrattato ( golden fried bread crumbs in extra virgin olive oil ).
Free-range chicken piccata
Free-range chicken breast, shallow fried in an egg and parmesan batter, fried sage, local exotic mushrooms sautéed in cultured butter, grated parmigiano reggiano cheese.
Pumpkin Gnudi
Roasted pumpkin and ricotta gnudi( type of gnocchi), sautéed local exotic mushrooms, brown butter and sage (vegetarian, vegan available on request)
DESSERT
Panna Cotta
Almond milk panna cotta served with berries.
